This procedure will generate an e-mail (sent to your ULiège address) containing two personal links.
For Outlook (installed on your computer) or Outlook webmail (https://outlook.office.com/mail/), use the "https" link.
In Outlook
In the "Folder" tab, click on "Open calendar" then "From Internet...".

When you subscribe to a calendar, you must select the correct link. The events are synchronized with a sliding window of 10 days in the past and 360 days in the future.
If you have selected the wrong link, the schedule may not be updated. You will then have to perform the synchronization process again.
Your individual timetable is based on your EAP. There is a 24-hour delay between the time of yourcourse proposal and the time when your timetable is updated.
Please note that for activities divided into several groups, there may be an additional delay, as this depends on a manipulation by a manager at your faculty. In the meantime, you can carry out a course search, which will give you access to all course activities.

Colors correspond to activity types. They make it easy to distinguish between courses, online courses, exams, practical work and so on. A legend at the bottom of your timetable reminds you of the correspondence between colors and types.
At the bottom of your timetable page, you'll find the legend, for example :

Your schedule is not based on successes or failures. By default, all your EAP events are displayed.
