Tired of waiting in line to buy your tickets in advance? Two architecture students have developed the solution.

Téo Pattacini and Martin Englebert, architecture students and beneficiaries of student entrepreneur status, developed PartyOut: a ticketing application that centralizes student events and simplifies their organization.

Like many students, Téo and Martin were faced with the constraints of physical pre-sales: having to travel, wait in line... and sometimes give up due to lack of availability. Rather than accepting this situation, they chose to respond with innovation.

They set about creating an app capable of digitizing the entire process: posting events online, selling and reselling tickets, scanning tickets, providing statistical tools to help organizers anticipate stock and logistics, integrated checklists, filters by music type, and more.

After a year and a half of development and numerous discussions with student leaders to refine their project, PartyOut is now in the deployment phase, in the form of a web app.

A project supported by student entrepreneur status

Téo and Martin benefit from student entrepreneur status at ULiège. This framework allows them to lighten their academic schedule, be excused from certain obligations, and thus better balance their studies with the development of their start-up.

Incubated at VentureLab, they have also surrounded themselves with an IT specialist to bring their vision to life. This support has enabled them to test their app at initial events in Liège (and even Maastricht) and prepare for its wider rollout.
