How to respond?

The survey can be completed in several stages. Responses are recorded as you go along, but to avoid any computer problems, remember to save them regularly. In any case, answers can be modified as long as the survey is not closed.

It is necessary to "pass" through the questionnaires for all courses in order to validate your survey.

In your myULiège portal, click directly on the banner or go to :

MyULiège -> Management -> Evalens Form

You can answer each question according to 6 levels of satisfaction + one "not applicable" answer

You can also leave a comment at the bottom of the questionnaire.

ATTENTION : If the teaching unit comprises several modules or activities, please specify to which part the comment applies.
