Enrolling at ULiège

All registrations must be checked by before being validated. You will then receive confirmation of your registration by e-mail, together with an access code for myULiège.

Good to know!

• Please allow 1 to 3 days for validation of registrations made before August 15, and 7 to 10 days from August 15 onwards, as this is a very busy period... Plan ahead if you can! The registration deadline is September 30.
• You must be registered to appear in the Faculty's student cohorts. Until you are included in our student cohorts, we are unable to process your application. All questions relating to registration fees, terms and conditions, etc. are handled by and not by the Faculty

Inscription-online@uliege.be 

1. Click on the "Activate student account" link in your registration confirmation email.
2. Log on to https://my.uliege.be using the password you created and the login sxxxxx you received in your confirmation email.

Good to know!

• Your sxxxxx login and password will give you access to my.uliege, but also to other tools (your timetables, the Faculty's contact platform, etc.)

To confirm your enrolment, have access to the certificate for family allowances and receive your student card, you must pay your enrolment fees and at least a deposit of €50.00 before October 31. Failure to do so will invalidate your registration.
You can make this payment quickly and securely, and download your certificates from myULiège portal.

Good to know!

• The Service Social des Étudiants is available to advise and inform you about various social and financial assistance schemes. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that can only be used to apply for a reduction in tuition fees ( ) using the online form.
• On the myULiège portal , you can access certain administrative documents which you can download and print from home
  • registration certificate (useful for the SNCB)
  • attestation intended for the municipal administration (useful for international students)
  • attestation for family allowances, available only after payment of the deposit.

Good to know!

• The "curriculum" = the selection of courses in the Annual Student Program (ASP)
• Validating your course gives you access to course information and your personalized timetable in the CELCAT tool

Please note: Given the large number of students, it may take a few days for the pedagogical office to validate your syllabus.

• You must create and validate it on the myULiège portal before September 30!
• The Faculty of Medicine has a pedagogical office, made up of a coordinator for each course of study, supported by one or more secretaries. If you have any questions about the curriculum, timetables, examinations, etc., please contact the coordinator or secretary for your field of study.

• If you have already started your course the previous year at another establishment, in another faculty or with another orientation, and you wish to request exemptions, this must be done when you create your curriculum, even if it concerns second-quarter courses.
• Course timetables are available at the beginning of the year.
