Procedure for ULiège sponsorship applications
The Université de Liège can support students taking part in sporting, academic, cultural, humanitarian or civic-educational events.

Eligibility criteria
- Beneficiary students are currently enrolled at the Université de Liège and/or more than 50% of the team is made up of current Université de Liège students.
- The event must have a sporting, academic, cultural, humanitarian or civic-educational aim and respect the values of the University.
Proposed forms of support
The proposed sponsorship may take several forms, depending on the dossier submitted and the analysis by the Sponsoring Commission[1]:
- financial support (30% of perdiem depending on the country where the event takes place) ;
- and/or a fixed sum to cover registration fees and/or the purchase of equipment;
- and/or purchase of textiles and/or ULiège logo stickers.
Beneficiaries' commitment
The beneficiaries undertake to :
- make the Université de Liège visible, either by wearing the institution's name (e.g.: sports team entered under the name Université de Liège), or by wearing the ULiège colors, or by associating the Université de Liège with elements of the event's visibility ("Sponsors" zone on a website, mention among partners, etc.);
- behave in accordance with the general rules and regulations in force at ULiège (Title VI: University Life);
- send details of the event (results in the case of sporting events, good-quality photos, etc.) so that the University can promote participation on its networks.
How can I benefit from this assistance?
Please send the form below (in PDF format) to sponsoring@uliege.be at least 2 months before the event (a shorter period is allowed for sports teams qualifying for another competition within 2 months).
In the case of a group application - for a team, a collective - please submit only one application for all participants, via the team captain and/or representative.
Without this form, no request will be considered.
[1 ] The Sponsoring Commission is placed under the aegis of the Vice-Rector for Education and is made up of the Vice-Rector for Education, the Director of Student Affairs, a representative of the Cellule d'Accompagnement des étudiants artistes, sportifs, entrepreneurs (Student Affairs), the Director of the Service de Communication, the Head of the Cellule Evénements (Service de Communication) and a representative of ULiège Sports.
