Being a student also means developing your knowledge as a citizen and equipping yourself for life. Throughout the year, the Student Quality of Life department offers workshops and training courses related to health and well-being.

First aid training (BEPS)

In 15 hours, you'll take part in dynamic simulations and learn how to be the first actor in the rescue chain. At the end of the course, a certificate is awarded to any student who has actively participated in all the sessions.

How can I express my emotions? How can I relate effectively to others? How can I improve my listening skills? Various exercises are proposed, each followed by a debriefing. ZEN@ETUDES seminar

The manifestations of stress are different for everyone, and can vary depending on the situation. It's up to you to experiment with what you like, to identify what works for you, and to practice in order to build up your own "personal toolbox" from which you can draw when you need to. Three modules are offered by the university to help you identify your stress and think about how to stay in control, despite the pressure.
