Cigarettes What do you get out of smoking? Pleasure, certainly! A feeling of relaxation, a source of inspiration or distraction? Does it help you concentrate or memorize? A remedy for boredom or sadness? Or a way of better asserting yourself in front of others and yourself ?

If you think about it, pleasure cigarettes, after a class or a movie for example, are more often the result of an automatic gesture or a nicotine call.

Our lives are full of habits, but the "real" smoker knows full well that his behavior goes beyond mere automatism and that he is subject to a double dependency physical and psychological. While nicotine causes a physical dependence, it's dopamine, one of our special chemical messengers, that reinforces our pleasure-seeking behaviour.
