À l’approche des examens, le Service Affaires Etudiantes vous propose différents focus pour se mettre en "condition blocus" : organisation, gestion du stress, détente, alimentation, sommeil...
La séance "Bien recommencer son année" est destinée aux étudiant·es qui recommencent leur B1 de bachelier, afin de les aider à réfléchir à leur méthode de travail et leur organisation, pour un nouveau départ efficace.
Atelier de renforcement motivationnel pour répétants de B1 ayant acquis moins de 30 crédits : échanges, conseils et astuces pour se remobiliser et renouveler sa motivation.
Ce 1er module vous offre l'opportunité de découvrir comment avancer activement dans le travail de vos cours en créant des outils et comment rentabiliser le congé d’Automne.
